Current Theme: Study
key to wisdom and productive effort, but also "puffs up" ???
What is the motivation? Does this stem from an initial aim, or is it the aim itself
Have you prepared the heart, and found that study is essential, or are you studying to study?
Study is a tool and you need to be doing the work that requires that tool for it to be valuable. I.e. Building character, love, getting closer to God
Also, how to meditate on work while we do it.
FInished: ENGAGING EMOTIONALLY
Thoughts from initial chat (1 Mar)

Self-reinforcing loops common - "to him that hath shall more be given"
1 Tim 4:8

journey > destination
prayer and exercise both have value IN the activity
1 Tim 4:15 Practice these things (Meditate, KJV) meaning REVOLVE UPON
Love with all your heart as the goal, aim, mission. Rest of commands are exercises to this end
Rejoicing and Mourning as action, self-reinforcing activities. Compare/Contrast with meditating on emotions (western).
